  1. have been asking the IRD for several years why their Christchurch address is not in the phone book nor on the general website.
  
  2. I phoned last Friday but I have to wait until tomorrow, Tuesday, to speak to someone. Why don't they have more people on the phones at peak time? They could invite some retired people back to earn a bit of money during the cold winter months.
  
  3. I don't like not being sent a form each year with a booklet. Some returns cannot be done online.
  
  4. They don't let me know by email when they have sent certain letters by so called secure mail. How am I expected to know I have received an answer?
  
  Government departments used to give SERVICE but this seems lacking now in many ways.
