  My history was a case of chronic epicondolytis ( tennis elbow) for which I suffered for over one year. After trying many conventional therapies with little success, I then discovered acupuncture. Lori-Ellen does a thorough case history and for me, knowing I was truly being listened to, gave a sense of her being a kind and caring person therefore allowing me to be open and honest in a safe environment. Lori-Ellen explains well her treatments and is gentle in applying needles. Lori-Ellen exudes confidence and intuitiveness in her approach in treating the '' whole body '' . In these past twelve months, each day with pain had created despair, isolation, and at times depression, but now, my memory of this pain has faded... The combination of trust, communication, acupuncture and massage, working together, has been a learning experience for the both of us and made for a very special healing journey, allowing my true self to re-emerge
