  Mike and Alison were very honest right from the start. They explained how the market had changed in the last five years since they sold Dad's place. They were very enthusiastic and we had a failed agreement shortly after listing it. The same people who had wanted to buy it managed to get a buyer for their place and were still keen to buy our place. There was some tough negotiating as Mike and Alison were acting for both parties. In the end they were able to get the property sold after five months. We are very thankful to them both for a successful outcome.
