  This is a fantastic place to train. It is a friendly and welcoming environment. After many years away from the sport, I decided to start training again at Sitnarong Christchurch. This was the best decision ever. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and they structure the classes to accommodate the experienced, those who are having their very first session and everything in between. The people who train there are awesome guys and gals who are super friendly, helpful and keen for a bit of fun banter after class. The facilities are top notch with modern equipment and plenty of floor space. Martial art gyms can be an intimidating place which puts people off from giving it a crack. This isn’t the case at Sitnarong. I’d encourage everyone to come along and give it a go. It is without a doubt the most fun way to get fit and learn fantastic new skills.
