  Made an order on Feb 13 2017, got a confirmation stating delivery will be done Feb 14, 2017 for Valentines Day. The delivery was never made since they claim they couldn't find the address?? Lame excuse since there was a contact number to call for directions. Got a call from the owner yelling at my friend saying i made a mistake on the address so It'll be delivered tomorrow Feb 16, 2017 and there will be no cancellation since she needs the money!!
  They ruined Valentines Day for my special person since she never got the flowers and ruined my friends day by just being completely rude over the phone by yelling.
  Not professional at all!!
  If you like being yelled at by an old lady for being a paying customer, than support NON BRIGHTON FLORIST!!
