  Completely rude staff, right from the entrance.
  
  As soon as I parked my vehicle inside their premises, the watchman came down yelling at me in an intimidating way saying that they would toll my car.
  Only upon telling him that I was visiting my friend who was a guest in "The George", the watchman allowed me in.
  
  He didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for his rude behavior.
  
  Except for the pleasant view beside Avon river .. food and service ok ok .. nothing worth a five star hotel.
  
  Would never recommend anyone to this place nor would go back there again.
  Felt embarrassed !!
