  Terrible experience, both drink and management. I would recommend the nearby McCafe or maybe try the coffee club within the airport. My drink took forever to be brought out and wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a thickshake and received a milkshake 20 minutes later. When I asked about my options - I was informed by the manager that because it wasn’t a coffee (my drink cost significantly more) they wouldn’t even attempt to remake it or refund me when I politely asked. As the recipe was ‘too simple’ to mess up I should just accept the drink I had received and leave. I wouldn’t have bothered writing this review if it hadn’t been for the awful customer service I received from the manager.
