  Amateurs!!!
  Complete and total disorganised place.
  The receptionist is not always there and when he was he mixed up the arrival order of patients. More interested in his lunchtime than anything else.
  I ended up waiting extra 20 mins after being told to go into an exam room then he went for his lunch and don't tell a staff member where I was or that I was waiting.
  After I was seen the staff member did not clean the blood sample area or sanitised her hands.
