  The best service, the best people, cannot praise enough! My daughter was coming from Melbourne with her 4-month-old son, and I realised that I haven't got a baby car seat, the night before her arrival! Panic! I rented one online, and went to the Baby Factory (Papanui) in the morning, two hours before the flight! Didn't have a clue about how to put it in, another panic attack! The staff members helped me with that (although they didn't have to do it), and overall they were just great: friendly and very helpful, I left the shop feeling so relieved!!! Thank you, Baby Factory!
