  Adding a clause on my will without consulting me. Overall, very unprofessional service throughout the process. Wasting my time and money to set up a will with Public Trust. Would never use them again.

  I have tried to get hold of Public trust Barbara Howley since last week. When I ring Public Trust they put me through and than they hang up. This happened last week Friday and today. I sent Barbara a fax and she has not replied after one week. I do not think this is good customer service.
