  I purchased a 2011 Santa Fe from this dealer. I have had quite a bit of trouble with it, an electrical fault to begin with, and then a very costly problem with the downhill assist. Throughout the dealership staff have been courteous and have fixed problems at no or little cost to me. Service is timely and the courtesy vehicles have been late model Santa Fe trucks. I am very pleased I purchased this vehicle from a dealer.

  I was very disappointed with the level of service I received when servicing my new Hyundai Santa Fe, the girl at reception did not want me to be there nor did she want to be there herself. On both occasions drop off and pickup I was assisted by the same person.
  
  I asked for a price on a part and she said she would call me with a price, I am still waiting. This is the first time in 8 years I have moved away from Toyota and am now wondering if I made the right choice. Consistency in service at Toyota has been faultless every time. They are happy to sell you the car but the service is no where near what Toyota deliver. The car is great, service not.
